Ruling Lockage what is the strategy/combo?

Can someone tell me what is the strategy/combo as I see none in the following:

Lockage
Banette SW
Gallade SW

? (not sure what it is but) Galldevoir?
Gallade and Gardevoir
Absol SW (I see no combo)

I was not sure what forum this belongs in but I thought that this one seems the best.

Banette is dominating because of the intense popularity of Gallade/Gardevoir. You use the CG Shuppet and T1 Ascention for a T2 Banette. Then, if you can, get a Banette in the discard pile (either by TV Reporter, Holon Mentor/Adventurer, or anything else that can discard a Banette). Attach a second energie to Banette. If you have back up the bench, you can either use Ghost Head to Knock Out the defending pokemon (if they have 80 or less HP). The point is to hit for massive damage on the second turn.

With Gallavoir, the stratagy is to use Gallade's Sonic Blade on tough opponents (such as Blissey) and then next turn use Gardevoir Lv.X's PokePower to bring her up to active and Bring Down to Knock Out the pokemon that HP was reduced to 50. Sub-Stratagy is to use Gardevoir SW to Set up and Gallade's Psycho Cut for Massive Damage (Can hit for up to 180 in one shot, x2 for weakness... well, I don't want to think about it). Absol is a starter because you can discard supporters and Gardevoir can then use them.
