Pokemon: 29

4-3-3-1 Genger SF with Genger Lv.X (Gastly and Haunter are just any set)
4 Spiritomb PL
2-2-2 Vileploom UD
1-1 Uxie Lv.X LA

T/S/S: 22

4 Bebe's Search
3 Pokemon Collector
4 Broken Time-Space
4 Judge
3 Prof. Oak's New Theory
4 Looker's Investigation

Energy: 15

8 Psychic
2 Call
3 Warp
2 Rescue

Strategy: Set up with a Spiritomb with a Call on it, get in a Trainer Lock for Poltergiest, and when KOd see if I do not get KOd, and then have that Rescue to save the Genger that they just KOd and set it up in my turn since I have BTS out.

Comments and all that are cool.

I would really suggest putting in some Warp energy for if Vileplume is pulled active.

-3 Cyrus
+3 Warp

I used to run a Vilegar deck pretty similar to this one, and I actually did not run Call energy in mine, but thats totally up too you. I actually ran Rescue energy.

Reason why is because imagine you have BTS out like you should, and they KO your Gengar, you KO them with Fainting Spell, and you happen to have a rescue energy attached. Pick up your Gengar line and immediately set it all back down next turn. That is really frustrating to your opponent who went through a lot of trouble to kill your first one, especially if you had a Gengar X down. They they are really fuming.

I enjoyed the deck, but I wanted to try something new =) Good luck with it. It is a fun deck to run

Also, a question, where are the Looker's Investigation? They serve a very important purpose because it allows you to see their hand to make sure they have some T/S/S in their hand. But you just need to be careful about using him, because if you choose them to shuffle their hand and draw, they can choose to draw none. However it works in your favor again as well because if they do this, then they are at a severe disadvantage because they have nothing to set up with.

Well, let me give you my advice on what I think would improve your deck by looking at it..

-2 -1 -2 Vileplume line: You only need two lines of this to make sure you get one out. Any more than that, you are just overloading your deck.

+2 Psychic energies: I feel that 6 will not be quite enough. I ran 8 in my deck, and I never had any problem with energy.

+3 Lookers Investigation: Like said before, you can check on your opponent's hand and make sure you will be doing damage, and if you choose them to get a new hand, and they choose to pick up one or none, you can always do 3-6 damage counters with Shadow Room.

Hey TCG, i think you need to take out the 4 Judge's, and add 1 Corbat to do that one damage you need, 1 Azelf to look at your prizes, its help, and 2 Seeker to you help scoop up a pokemon. Hope i help.

Looker's Investigation is an extremely helpful tech in Trainer Lock. First of all, you are disrupting their hand, pressuring them to either draw a hand stocked with t/s/s, or draw 0 to 2 with a dead draw. Gengar X finishes off the job, however I would consider using a CurseGar to move the damage. It works well with the X.
