Discussion looking for a fun/different standard deck

I have a League Cup coming up soon and I was looking for a deck fun to play that is different but can still win a few games.I would like to keep this on the Budget side if possible. I do have 2 shaymins and all the standard trainers so that's not an issue. I was thinking about running a a SM Golduck deck but I'm open for more ideas.
 
SM Pinsir, using his attack that does the coin flip and return to hand the opponent's active mon.
 
Build a deck with Avalugg.
Put in some Bergmites and Avaluggs, Evosoda or Wally or smth like that. Maybe Skyla to get said Evosoda and a few Dive Balls.
Also put in some Rough Seas, Maybe a potion or a big malasada. And 1-3 Assault Vests. If you want draw support use one that shuffles hand card into the deck so you dont throw energy into the Discard without purpose.

Also A few cards to get Energy back into the deck (Fishermen, Brocks Grit, Superrod smth like that)
If you want spice up with Delinquent and Team Rockets Handiwork.

Fill rest with Energy.
Last step:
Have fun.

Starmie from Evolution would bring back two energy each turn. and you can always play this along with Golduck. Tsareena/Avalugg would be completely evil. discard handand start discarding the deck.....That might be a winner
 
You might want to check out Discount Pokemon Decks on Youtube. He has a wide variety of budget decks, esp. some off beat decks that might appeal to you.
