Looking for Competitive Deck Ideas

Just in case I get interested in the competitive scene, I want some deck ideas.
Rules:
No Shaymin EXs from Roaring Skies. It'll take me ages to get $50.
Card costs must be $10.00 or under.

That's all. Just give me some ideas for decks.

I'd suggest you review the following decks:

• Garchomp-Carbink
• Lucario (Fight Alone)
• Magnezone-Raikou

Examples of these decks can be found in the Deck Garage Forum. Even if you see any Shaymin EXs in the decks, those can be replaced by card-draw Supporters.
