Hi, you came up with very good idea but sadly victini's ability works only with the attack's effects...so you will use is just for absol ex, onestly I'd change those two victini with one oranguru if you have (great alternative to shaymin ex) and something always useful (tauros gx maybe?)
Also what about -2 poison barb and add those flareon, jolteon or vaporeon from AOR (are pretty cheap cards indeed).
Anyway if your aim is two create problems to your opponent the trainer cards you chose seem to work properly.
