Hi everybody.
Please help me with this deck to make it the best it can be for States and possibly Grinders for World Championships. Post any changes you would make to my deck list. Thanks.

Pokemon (21):
4-3-3-1 Gengar (SF-TR-TR-AR)
2 Smeargle CL
2 Spriritomb TR
2 Mr. Mime CL
2 Uxie LA
1 Azelf LA
1 Unown Q MD

T/S/S (25):
2 Rare Candy UL
1 Luxury Ball SF
4 Seeker TR
4 Twins TR
4 Bebe's Search RR
3 Pokemon Collector HS
1 Palmer's Contribution SV
1 Looker's Investigation PL
3 Broken Time-Space PL
3 Lost World CL

Energy (14):
8 {P} Energy
2 Warp Energy SF
4 Rescue Energy TR

Strategy:
Get out Gengar as soon as you can with the help of Spiritomb AR, Broken Time-Space, and Rare Candy. Set up a Spiritomb TR to shuffle your opponents hand, then use Mr. Mimes' Poke-Power Trick Reveal to see if they have Pokemon in their hand. When you use Seeker, it forces your opponent to pick up a Pokemon so you can send that Pokemon (or multiple) to the Lost World with Gengar Primes' Hurl Into Darkness. Once you get 6 Pokemon in your opponent's Lost Zone, then play Lost World to claim victory.

Options:
Here are some cards I could use in my deck:
1-1 Absol G SV
1-1 Palkia G PL
1-1 or 2-2 Slowking CL or HS
Anything else you recommend. I will NOT be using Mew Prime as I do not want to buy 2 more and have tested it will proxies and do not like the way it plays.

Thank you in advance.

Drop the BTS. They just let your opponent put their evolution cards right down rather than you sending them to the lost zone. Add the Palkia G Lv. X line. You could probbaly lower the number of Bebe's Search a little since the Twins in this deck is functionally much better and can do the same thing. You probably only need 1 Mr. Mime since you can search it out so easily.

Looker's Investigation will help you refresh your opponent's hand to get more pokemon in the lost zone. Vs. Seeker will let you get your Twins or Seekers back.
-1 Bebe's Search
-3 BTS
-1 Mr. Mime

+1 Dialga G
+1 Dialga G Lv. X
+1 Looker's Investigation
+1 Vs Seeker

Also consider trading 1 TR Spiritomb for another AR Spiritomb. You can always Seeker that one back up into your hand to re-tech it. The extra help in trainer locking will be helpful too.

What I found is there isn't enough bench space for PGX. It is also a pain to have to make it active to level up, then warp (NRG) it back to bench and seeker it up again, especially if my bench is full.

I like the idea of Looker's Investigation, I never really thought about adding it before.
I'll take out a Mr. Mime for that.

Fixed Spiritomb and BTS/Candy also.

I suggest running smeargle ud over spiritomb AR since smeargle lets you see the opponents hand and use a supporter for setup (or their seeker/twins). I have a quick lostgar deck my self and i run 3 smeargle in it, and it's so awesome! I made the deck in like 15/ 20 minutes and won the first game with the deck XD (lost the second and didn't have time to play a third..)

So take out:
3 spiritomb ar
put in:
3 smeargle ud
