set up gengar prime, use mr. mime to flush out pokemon to remove, then remove with gengar's hurl into darkness, use looker's investigation, giratina, or judge to refresh opponent's hand, then start over again, palkia g lv.x for bench removal, uxie lv.x for draw power, mime jr. to start off removing the top of opponent's deck, hopefully discarding a pokemon or key card, level max is actually pretty useful, since it allows you to level up from the bench if it lands a head, and that can prevent a knockout from being scored by your opponent. also, there are very few trainers in this deck to help prevent total lockdown from vileplume and spiritomb

no need giratina in this deck

run with 1 mesprit LA and 4 seekers

-1-1 giratina lv x
-2 bench shield
-1 level max

+1 mesprit
+4 seekers

if tou need get unown Q or Dodrio to retreat palkia G lv X

+1 spiritomb TM - itss quite useful and a searchable way to refreshing your opponent's hand

thank you both for giving me that advice, i edited my deck to accompany the recommended changes

i would also take out 2 judges for 2 twins

twins will help out alot, and since you dont do KO, you can always use twins

i would find a way to max out twins and seekers
they are the backbone to lostgar

Why in the world would you use Dodrio TM? Gengar has free retreat.

Why in the world do you have DCE? Gengar Prime needs {P} to Lost Zone Pokemon...

- 1-1 Dodrio TM
- 2 DCE
- 1 Premier Ball

+ 2 Warp Point / Switch / Warp Energy
+ 1~2 Lost World (if 1 LW's prized and the other's discarded, you're doomed if you only have 2 LWs)
+ 1~2 Seeker
+ 1~2 Twins

As Ogeray said: Twins is the backbone of Lostgar.

Maximize Seeker because you'll be dependent on that baby for LZing Pokemon.

also gengar sf has no real need w/o vileplume and you should have gengar lv.x for dialga too since gengar has free retreat so palkia could be brought out used, poketurn gengar hurl into darkness and cyrus ,repeat? that way you dont worry about seting up palkia just use it

First of all, dodrio is for palkia and others that don't have free retreat, but removing the dces is not a bad idea. more on palkia g, he has to be active to level up, and if i don't get him out of the situation, he would be useless, despite i can use his power when he is active. i dont really care about twins, and judge helps my opponent reload so i can hurl more of his pokemon into the darkness that is the lost zone. But i will take out the dce, dodrios and a couple of other cards to put in vileplume and make it a lock deck, despite i have a vilegar thread already.
