Standard LostGar strategy. Things of note are the Poké Drawer +'s. They're mostly in there for speed, and they are actually very helpful, especially if I get 2 in my hand early on.

I'm considering taking out the Gengar Lv. X. I haven't played any tournaments yet but so far I rarely encounter any Lv. X. Thoughts on that? Anything I should try out or try taking out?

Does your meta not have any Lv.X's at all?
I'd imagine that you're going to run into quite a few at regionals with all the SP decks running around.

Yeah the prime concern is of course Dialga Lv. X. Just getting it out of play and into their deck would be pretty nice.

I'm not really that familiar with a LuxChomp deck, does Gengar Lv. X slow them down at all?

It helps a a little bit, but LuxChomp vs. LostGar is pretty close at the end a lot of the time. So, every little bit helps.

You should probably familiarize yourself with LuxChomp. As you will be seeing quite a few at Regionals.
