02. Wants must be 99% - 100% Mint - Means no scratches, creases, nicks, whitening on back, or any other marks on the Cards. I will be sending cards back if it has any of that, especially whitening.
03. I only want english & german cards!

Would you do a Spring Medal for the mat and a throw in? The Medals that were the ones that were fist given away are more rarer than the new ones because back when they first came out, people were trying to get them more than they are now and considering you get the mat as a raffle. or counter ;D

I also need a Prof. cup mat...so I'll offer after we get the first trade done.

Sorry, really not what i was expecting to get for it. I think you can say it's worth about the same as the Darkrai mat (even though the Darkrai mat is even easier to get), so about $30-$35. What about

The Darkrai mat is much harder to get than the Cities mat because 3 Citiy Mats are given away free each tournament.

Well I don't need the Victory Medal that much, it's kinda a low want. Azelf X is about $18 and Char is about $20, that's total $38. If you say the mat is about $27 thats a $11 difference. My shipping cost is about $15 while yours is only $3-5. That's a $10-$12 difference. I think my offer is pretty fair. If you don't think so, counter pls.
