RE: Lucario / Confagrigous Competitive?
Not very competitive unfortunately. I'm a big fan of pseudo suicide decks (I like to call 'em kamikaze decks because they are a high risk high reward type of gameplay). There aren't many options to choose from though, and all of them are quite frail.

Milotic FFI is another Pokemon that knocks itself out. You can combine that with Cofagrigus with the supporter Iris for a small increase in damage output.
And then there's the self-damaging decks, which is also a high risk high reward strategy. e.g.

Tauros XY
Reshiram/Zekrom
Back to your question about Lucario and Cofagrigus. I've tried and tried to make them work but it just won't do. By letting your opponent take prize cards you give them a huge advantage. All they need is a quick set up and BOOM HEADSHOT you're gone. I won't deny that the damage output from Lucario is awesome but it won't last long enough to sweep through your opponents entire team. It's energy costs [F][C][C] leave a lot to be desired, too.
