So lately I was playing a Lucario/Lando/Garbo deck with Virbank and lasers but I wanted to change it up and thought of the idea of Machamp so hear me out please.
Pokemon:

  • 3 Machop
    1 Machoke
    3 Machamp FUF
2 Lucario EX (kind of want to up it to 3)
    1 M Lucario EX
3 Landorus EX (kind of want to drop it to 2)
    2 Landorus FUF
    1 Hawlucha FUF (considering dropping)
1 Dedenne FUF (undecided but I like it to bring out 2 machop or 1 machop)
Trainers/Supporters/Stadiums:

  • 3 Muscle Band
    3 Rare Candy
    2 Enhanced Hammer
    2 Ultra Ball
    1 Switch
    1 Scramble Switch
    1 Professor's Letter
    1 Startling Megaphone
    4 Korrina
    2 Pokemon Center Lady
    2 Lysandre
2 Professor Sycamore (undecided on amount)
    3 N (undecided on amount)
    1 Colress
    3 Fighting Stadium
Energy:

  • 4 Strong Energy
    8 Fighting Energy

Strategy:
Use Korrina to get Machamp out asap and get bonuses. Get Landorus or Lucario to 1-2 Energy and sit on them due to high bonuses from Machamp, Stadium, Band, Strong Energy.
2 Machamp, Stadium, Band, Energy alone give +100 to an attack then add it to Hammerhead or Corkscrew and you got a deadly combo.

I too built and ran a similar when shortly after the FuF set was released. Following are some comments for your consideration:

  • IMO, M Lucario EX is completely underwhelming and just not that useful. I replaced it immediately after my first round of play-testing.
  • I also found that Lucario EX is really not that useful either, especially when you consider it's an easy 2-prize target for all the Mewtwo EXs and Deoxys EXs. I dropped my count to just 1. May not be worth having at all now given the PhF set.
  • I initially ran a 4-2-4 Machamp line, but dropped that down to 3-1-3. I think a 4-2-3/1 may be worth trying again given that the PlB Machamp's Ability Badge of Discipline allows F attacks to go through Resistance.
  • Hawlucha terrorizes opponents' EXs (especially Seismitoad EX); I ran 2.
  • Dedenne was not that useful to me; I prefer using Pokémon Fan Club.
Given the above comments and the new PhF set, I'd suggest the following changes:

  • -2 Lucario EX
    -1 M Lucario EX
    -1 Dedenne
-1 Korrina - max count not needed given certain PhF set cards
    -1 Pokémon Center Lady
-1 Ultra Ball - with Korrina, the need for multiple decreases
    -1 F - 7 F energy should be sufficient

+1 Landorus EX - your ideal starter; should be maxed out
    +1 Pokémon Fan Club
+2 VS Seeker - for reusing discarded Supporters
+1 Switch - the current 1 will be insufficient
+2 Bicycle - for supplemental, Item-based card drawing
+1 Max Potion - to recover the first Landourus EX
I hope you find these comments helpful.

Whereas I agree that the Machamp with the Badge of Discipline is an interesting card, I soon found myself disbanding any concern for it considering the fact that Furious Fists Machamp does the exact same thing that the Badge of Discipline does, just with different words and more versatility. If you ignore the Resistance, that's the same as adding 20 damage with the FFI Machamp. For example:

90 Base ( - 20 Resistance negated by BoD Machamp) = 90

90 Base - 20 Resistance + Damage Boost 20 Boost From FFI Machamp = 90

The math is the same, just with different words. I find that the Plasma Blast Machamp is rather sub-par to the Furious Fists variant due to the Furious Fists Machamp's ability to do more damage to any Pokemon, not just ignore the otherwise negated Resistance.

Just my opinion, however. I also am a firm believer in the usage of Dedenne to counter the likes of Yveltal, but this is coming from a guy who ran three in a deck once because he hated Yveltal so much.

It scared Yveltal players so badly... It was glorious.
