First of all, I run a Zygarde version of your deck, and the Hammers + Puzzle of Time make the deck very effective.

In your particular deck's case, you'll have some mulligans given the "low" number of starters. Further, should you not start with Talonflame, your Riolus can easily be KOd; thus making your reliance upon "hitting" the Hammers more important.

I'd suggest replacing 2 Trainer's Mail with: +1 Delinquent (to help you control the Stadiums and further disrupt your opponent's hand) and +1 Ace Trainer or N (to disrupt your opponent's hand, especially after mulligans).

Why not run Sky Field Stadium instead?

I'd also suggest replacing 1 of the Captivating Poké Puff. With the Puzzles of Time, you can easily recover a 3rd CPP, if needed.

Hope these comments help.

Very helpful, thank you!

I could add a 2nd Enhanced Hammer in place of the 4th pokepuff, and Skyfield would make a lot more sense!

Maybe I should try to find room for 2/3 Bursting Balloon for the Riolu starts? Better than exp share?

Not sure how helpful a 2nd Enhanced Hammer will be since you have TF Grunt and VS Seekers.

What about replacing 1 Trainer's Mail with a Delinquent in order to also disrupt your opponent's hand?

Opponent's can "Lysandre around" Bursting Balloon-attached Pokémon, and the Balloon goes away when your opponent's turn (perhaps without attacking) ends - so, you could possibly lose the Balloon's effect. Fighting Fury Belts maybe a good alternative to consider too.

Buddy Buddy Rescue + Poke Puff would be sort off like a target whistle. It would sometimes let the opponent get back evolutions/bulky basics but it would help in some matchups and let you bring back more of your Pokemon right to the hand. You really should run a tool card. You could either go for bursting ballon, lucky helmet (for drawing support) or exp. share to let you have more energy on the board.

Hope my advice helped.

Again, very helpful! Thank you!

I'm not sure this deck can work tbh. There might be just a little bit too much going on without enough room to fit everything in. I think I'd have to remove either all 4 Trainers Mails or the Puzzle of Times to fit in the extra cards to make the deck functional, but consistency would suffer greatly as a result.

I'll put this one on the back burner for now.
