Ruling Lucario lvl.x question

when i play lucario lvl.x onto lucario,after i use lucario lvl.x power and i attach a cessation crystal to lucario lvl.x,is lucario lvl.x power still in use or not?i really need this to be cleared up quick.

I think the power will be in play because it's just like Nidoqueen d, when you use Invation, you already have the pokemon you searched for in your hand, if you then attatch CC, you can't just put back the pokemon back right ?

From the wording on the spoiler, Ascertainment is something you choose to activate the moment you put Lucario Lv. X into play, and once you activate it, it remains activated unless you bench it (because that is stipulated in the text). Cessation Crystal prohibits you from ACTIVATING any Powers or Bodies, so if you play it on Lucario Lv. X, Ascertainment will have already been activated and thus Cessation Crystal will have no bearing on it. The effect of the Power has already "descended down" upon Lucario Lv. X-- his one-turn shield of complete immunity is already up.

Cessation Crystal doesn't negate the effect of a Power that has already been activated is what I'm trying to say. Maybe the Compendium says otherwise. I'm sure the question will come up if a similar one already hasn't.
