I wanted to try using Umbreon on a deck, and I came with the idea of a bulk Lugia.

Pokemon

3x Lugia EX
2x Snorlax plasma
3x Eevee
3x Umbreon plasma
1x Leafeon plasma

Trainers

3x Team Plasma Pokéball
2x Level Ball
4x Colress Machine
3x Pokémon Catcher
2x Switch
1x Escape Rope
1x Tool Scrapper
1x Random Receiver
3x Aspertia city Gym
1x Eviolite
1x Giant Cape

1x Scramble Switch

2x Colress
2x N
2x Skyla
2x Juniper
3x Shadow Triad

Energy

4x Plasma energy
4x Double Colorless Energy
6x Dark energy

Strategy

The objective is to have a Lugia(or snorlax for the matter) with an obnoxious amount of life using Umbreon ability and Aspertia city Gym. Leafeon is there in case I come across with Keldeos. Giant cape and Eviolite is fot the extra bulk.
Any advice is welcome.

I've always wondered how annoying it would be to have a Lugia out with 4 Umbreon, and Aspertia City Gym, and a Giant Cape. If you played it with a couple Thundurus, it would be an easy recycle for energy and it would be very hard to OHKO Lugia.

-2 Shadow Triad - you need draw
+2 Juniper
-1 Aspertia city Gym - 3 is fine
-1 Eviolite - if you dont max these there is no point in playing one
-1 Giant Cape
-1 Leafeon - Why?
+2 N - 4 is standard and you dont have much draw support
+1 Eevee
+1 Umbreon - consistency
-1 Escape Rope
-1 Random Rec.
-1 Lugia
-6 dark Energy
+1 Catcher - better than escape rope
+1 Switch - catcher stalls arent good
+2 Thundurus - recycle
+5 lightning Energy - obvious much?

Hope I helped GL with future testing
