Any critique, suggestions, and/or tips are greatly appreciated!

Have you thought about taking out Tropius for Plasma Tornadus EX? He does the same thing, except he has a really powerful attack in this deck, being able to OHKO EXs without any repercussions other than having all of your Plasma Energy on one dude. I mean, you obviously wouldn't do it against a TDK deck or any other deck that could theoretically OHKO you unless you were certain that they couldn't that very next turn, but still.

Which Kyurem are you using? The most recent one (Plasma Blast) or the first one (Next Destinies)? If it is the first one, I would definitely take that out and put in another Lugia. The problem with the former is the fact that you discard the water energy, and that's nasty when it comes to colored energy in this deck, as you discard your Prisms (because Grass isn't Water. :p). The reason I might keep the latter in is because this deck can sometimes have a bad Plasma matchup because of the Kyurems and Thundurus alike. If you find this happening a lot in your area, the Frozen Wings attack of Kyurem's might be your answer. You can charge it up with a DCE or two Plasma energies and a Prism, and thus you can discard special energy attached to the Plasma Pokemon (which is pretty much all of their energy reserves).

On top of that, here is a list of cards which I would take out and their subsequent replacements:

-1 Grunt: Not as good as other cards you could have in here, but if you want to keep him, by all means.

-5 Grass Energy: Too many. Plus, I would probably even replace the rest with Water Energy if you think it needs it.

-2 Switch: You'll see why later. Plus, four switch should only be done in high-retreat decks, such as Klinklang or Garbodor.

-1 Energy Search: In this deck, which primarily runs Special Energy, you needn't run Energy Search as you should focus your efforts on getting out the Plasma, DCEs and in some cases (like against a TDK deck) Prisms.

-2 Energy Retrieval: It's kind of a meh card in this deck, if put bluntly, since you won't be discarding energy on your side of the field as much except for with Lugia, which I'll address later.

-1 Plasma Badge: Even though you could attach it to Kyurem and Colress Machine to him, it is actually better to just Colress Machine to something else like a benched Porygon-Z, Lugia, Tornadus, et cetera, et cetera. Also, with just one of these, it wouldn't be as a reliable resource as it could be prized.

-2 Eviolite: Not so great in this format, as Hypnotoxic Laser is a pretty common card.

-3 Colress: I have a better replacement in store.

I might also take out your Gold Potion for perhaps a Dowsing Machine or a Computer Search, but it is your choice considering the fact that you can't move DCEs and other non-Plasma energies.

Cards to put in: 13

Anyway, here's what I'd replace them with:

+1/1 Porygon and Porygon-Z: Two is not really enough, especially when they can KO your Porygon before they can evolve.

+2 Lugia: As a main attacker, this guy needs to be more than a one-of, no? :p

+2 Prism Energies: Versatility is key in this format. Not only can you attack with Genesect, but Kyurem as well with the same energy. It's a pretty good card, needless to say.

+2 Plasma Ball: As most of your Pokemon in your deck are Plasma Pokemon, I would definitely add this card to your deck so you can quickly and easily search them out and get them on the field quickly.

+2 Float Stone: This is your replacement for Switch. As you don't have any Eviolite to attach, you can easily slap this card on at will and Free Retreat whenever you want.

+1 Virizion/Keldeo: My logic for Virizion is to prevent the annoying sleep that Hypnotoxic causes, and the subsequent poison damage. (because it's totally not the other way around. :p) But you could technically remove the special conditions from your Pokemon as well as switch with Keldeo, however you won't avoid the damage the poison causes. It's up to you.

+1 Shadow Triad: So you can get back discarded Plasma Energy.

+1 Random Reciever: You don't run that many Supporters in your deck, so this is one of the ways you can get them.

+3 N: N is one of the best cards of the format, hands down. Not only does he disrupt your opponents, but he gets you a new hand as well. I would also try to find a way to boost these and the Juniper up to four, but I don't have any ideas on what you would do there.

Anyway, hope I helped!

... In this really long post.

Thanks for the suggestions!

My Kyruem EX is from PLB, and my reasoning for his choice is so I can set him up with ether 2 Grass or 1 DCE for the use of Outrage, and ignoring his other attack. But other than that, your suggestions are great! I should implement some of them soon!

i would actually suggest keeping tropius. WIth this pokemon you have a good non ex non plasma attacker that cant be walled by sigilyph/suicune w/ silver mirror. Its much better than Genesect as an attacker.

Eitherway my suggestion would be.

Pokemon: 13
2x Lugia
2x Tropius (A good non ex/plasma attacker, helpful for setting up first turn.)
3-1-3 Porygon Z
1x Tornadus Ex (180 damage with 4 plasma energy)
1x Dialga (90 + mil 4 cards if you run low on options, you can try deck out your opponent)

Supporter: 14
4x Juniper
3x N
3x Skyla
2x Colress/Bianca/Caitlin
2x Shadow Triad

Items: 21
3x Rare Candy (4 would be better, but you need to cut cards somewhere)
3x Max Potion
3x Pokemon Catcher
3x Colress Machine (4 is almost never useful to have since you will probably prize or draw one of the energy)
1x Ultra Ball
1x Plasma Ball
3x Switch
2x Eviolite
1x Super Rod (To get back lost pokemon/grass energy and to help against decking yourself out a bit.
1x Computer Search (Acts as a skyla, or pokemon search.

Energy: 12
4x Plasma
4x DCE
4x Grass

This way all your pokemon can make use of grass to prevent the need of prism energy. A good set of attackers that all work differently. Get a good supply of useful items, but not full sets to save on space. Good set of supporters to work with. A good supply of energy though 4 grass might be a little low, can test.

Hmm?? Ever thought of using Plasma Frigate or Frozen City? Both can help you out. Porygon Z + Plasma Frigate would be nice for your active pokemon. Or Frozen City can help you out now that Silver Mirror and Virizion-ex can nullify plasma attacks and Laser/bank.Frozen City would be my best bet. Also having a Stadium active can take out other Stadiums in play like Virbank.

Quick Note: I see you have Genesect? Is it an EX? If not,Basic Genesect PLB only searches for 2 "Grass" type Pokemon only.
