Pokemon (17):

2-2 Lugia Legend
3-2 Electrode Prime
2-2 Donphan Prime
2x Cleffa HS
1x Reshiram BW
1x Zekrom BW

T/S/S (30):

3x Pokemon Collector
2x Professor Juniper
2x N
4x PONT
3x Twins

4x Pokemon Communication
3x Research Record
3x Junk Arm
3x Pokemon Catcher
2x Pokegear 3.0
1x Super Rod

2x Indigo Plateau

Energy (13):

4x Rainbow Energy
3x Lightning Energy
3x Fire Energy
3x Water Energy

The strategy is to attack with Lugia's Elemental Blast for 200 damage as soon as possible using his Poke-power and Electrode's Energymite. Research Records help this, Indigo Plateau adds more HP, and Donphan Prime is for electric types.

- 3 Research Records
- 1-1 Electrode

+ 1 Reshiram
+ 1 Zekrom
+ 3 Legend Box

I feel like you need an attacker that can deal with Pokemon that have rather low HP (like Durant) that are not worth wasting an Elemental Blast for, but also have too much HP for Donphan's KO range. I'd like to see a copy of Reshiram and Zekrom in here to deal with those cards. Research Records is unnecessary IMO, because I feel Electrode searches enough cards through the deck that it can grab the Energy it needs. I'd rather see Legend Box in here and a shortened Electrode line, because Legend Box has a larger search range to get out Lugia. Legend Box is total preference, but I suggest you try it out.

Hope this helped.

Maybe
-2 juniper (make room for N)
+2 N (I think that it is pretty good)

I'd maybe add a bit more drawing power because I think that you need a lot to get everything set up. Twins would definitely also be good with electrode to get out lugia.

How about -2 Pokemon Communication. Find something else that lets u get pokemon from the deak with out having any in the hand? Also +2 N`s i think would make this deck better.

I personally don't like Legend Box. It doesn't seem to work for me, I'd rather play the Lugia then get energies onto it using its power and Energymite. I don't run Cilan because the goal is to attach energies from the deck, not from the hand. If I happen to draw them, then i will attach from the hand, but it's not ideal. I'm putting in a Resh and a Zek to help with stuff like Durant. I'm also going to take out 2 Juniper and put in 2 N, I'm already running through my deck enough.

Electrode is a big risk if you discard a Lugia piece, which can put you at a big disadvantage in the game if it is not set up fast enough. I would consider at least 2, but it's all preference, so do what you want.
