The main attacker in this deck is Lugia EX, and Virizion EX is for support. Virizion is a form of energy acceleration for Lugia EX, and his attack does a nice 50 damage. This puts a lot of pokemon within knockout range for Lugia EX's Plasma Gale. The Deoxys EXs are there to help ensure that. Shadow Triad is important to get back Plasma Energy if needed, or Colress Machine for faster acceleration. Tool scrappers are important for dealing with Garbodor and Silver Mirror. The only reason Absol is there is to deal with Klingklang. It is a low-energy attacker that can a lot of damage, and it's a basic.
