Strategy

This is a pure tech deck, planned to abuse Porygon Z Plasma Transfer ability. Also, this deck has so many openners...

On the attack role It starts from the basic Lugia deck, to accel and speed fueling for early KO's on stage decks. Another would be Articuno, for the bench damage, then more difficult is Genesect, also bench damage. Both are to set OHKO's for Lugia.

On the Tech Openner, First Emolga as optional to bench the little tangrams and the pony, but Better to start of, Tornadus Ex... being tested it provides a lot of speed for getting crucial stuff, for this deck needs to simultaneusly set various stuff

The thing here is the 15'th pokemon.... Ideally is Kyurem for the bencher role, but also for the primary non-ex attacker... But then is emolga, as an opener to call A proygon and Keldeo (fundamental) So to begin with this is where I need help to decide.

OK.

It works so fine that i fear consistency. Lugia is the pricer, Articuno is the support attacker for both bench and paralize effect, Genesect algo attacks but better sits there to free catch, Suicune is the non-ex anti-ex, Stoned Keldeo (lol) is the bench cycle...

none of this will work togheter without the Porygon Z engine...

Works as this, it's required to have 2 plasma energy on the field at all time, with Porygon Z, Stoned Keldeo and Genesect on the bench. Whatever the situation is, Keldeo sets the front, then porygon gets the energy there. Also, if attached from hand to genesect it provides the desired opponent defender.

To counter Keldeo's weekness its the Frigate and whenever a grass deck comes out just add a plasma to it via porygon. Since the only one who discards them, rather than Garchomp, Cobalion and hammers is Lugia, its recommended to fuel him last.

It looks weird, it looks unconsistent, but It has a lot of chances to set straight.

Comments Please :)

There are easier ways to set up KO's for Lugia.

My first suggestions are:

-4 Prism Energy
-4 Porygon / Porygon2
-2 Porygon-Z

Add:
+4 Yamask (See why soon)
+4 Cofagrigus PLF 56 (This is awesome for Lugia EX, setting up Ko's in a breeze)
+2 Ultra Ball

Next:
-2 Shadow Triad
-1 Genesect EX
-1 Articuno EX
-2 Rare Candy

+3 Juniper (best Supporter in the game)
+1 Pokemon Catcher (best Trainer ever)
+1 Lugia EX
+1 N (another awesome Supporter)

I need to go but that's a much easier setup than all of those techs. Hope it helps. (I did forget some stuff sorry) (You need Deoxys in here BTW)

Whereas I think that he is wrong in taking out the Porygon (when used correctly, that dude is beast), I agree in putting in Cofagrigus to set up damage. I might remove the supporting EXs and throw a 2/2 line in. It also might take away from consistency, unfortunately, so beware.

Well Keckleon, the idea of the huge ex count is basically to exploit the plasma effects on them all, as the idea came directly from that plasma transfer. previous to Porygon, plasma play was very restricted to power up lugias (only exception is TDK) and so it began as an interesting idea to set up as much plasma effects as possible (resulting in a mish-mash)... The deck is at full play right now and being tested I found serious trouble against Suicune/Froslass, beyond that it is quite hard to play...

And Salemence (lol) I find that deck idea quite swift, but it's not the concept right now, as for a Bencher Lugia i Used a variant with blastoise/Kyogre 100% effective against 170's EX
