Hello, I have a question about the GX attack of Lunala GX, it says knockout any pokemon that is not a GX , does that include evolutions and break pokemon?

No it doesn't as Luanda's attack reads: "Knock Out 1 of your opponent's Basic Pokémon that isn't a Pokemon GX. (You can't use more than 1 GX attack in a game.)
