Overview
The baby Lurantis that we're getting next has an ability that allows all your Grass and Fire Pokemon to do an extra 20. This combined with the Choice Band we should be getting as well (Extra 30 damage to EX and GX's) makes the math for Lurantis GX's Flower Supply and Solar Blade much better. Eeveelutions give some teeth to the deck, with Jolteon being a go-to in almost every game as it and a Lurantis/Choice Band gives your Flower Supply a KO on Shaymins. Flareon is in anticipation for the mirror, and given the Grass support we've seen so far for Guardians Rising I would not be surprised to see a surge in Green for that format. Vaporeon is to give you a fighting chance against Volcanion, but if lists decide to run the new Altar Stadium (No weakness for Fire and Metal Pokemon) then you're better off cutting it.
Other card choices:
Tauros GX
Excellent card overall, and deserves a spot in almost any deck. The inability to play Ninja Boy or DCE's in the deck make it slow compared to the Bull's usual showings, and Cholorosycthe GX is an excellent GX move on it's own.
Super Rod/Brock's Grit
Recyling Eeveelutions and Fomantises (Fomanti?) certainly comes up, but Revitalizer's ability to grab an entire line and drop it down with Forest outshines it in my eyes.
Tapu Lele GX
I want nine of these in every deck I play. Searching any supporter is insane, and getting an X Ball to boot off a 170 HP body is power creep incarnate. The issue lies in bench space. Your preferred field is a Lurantis GX active, a Fomantis or another GX on the bench getting charged up, two baby Lurantis, and an Eeveelution. That leaves one open slot which is usually taken by Shaymin, and more often then not a second Shaymin takes the place of your second Baby Lurantis. If you do run this I would advise Parallel City and a Delinquent in order to clear your bench for your damage modifiers.
That's my decklist and my thoughts surrounding. Any thoughts are welcome and any criticisms are encouraged. Thanks for reading!
