11 Grass Energy

The deck concept is to make Lurantis the most bulky 1st stage pokemon in the game.
In my opinion, Lurantis is the most stable grass type card in the format, the card have a very nice energy boost support with its first move. However, the second move of Lurantis is quite awkward as heal 30 damage have no use in the meta, because OHKO move still OHKO you and tht damage healing won't affect 2 turn kill. In the very end, we can't see a Lurantis deck in the meta.
However, Gardenia seems to be a answer for the revival of Lurantis Deck by letting it able to heal 110 damages in a turn, although it still doesn't help when facing OHKO deck, but it does change the situation when Lurantis face 2 hit decks.
Let us do some calculation with one of the most common 1st stage pokemon in the game- Zoroark GX, it able to deal 120~150 damages at most, with Lurantis GX 210 hp, it helps itself to survive 3 turns by healing 110 between turns. the magic number of the 2 hit deck to successfully KO Lurantis GX with 2 turns is 160, as aI recall, there aren't much card that can deal that much damages in the metagame. However, the same situation also apply to Lurantis GX itself, the card doesn't support OHKO to most of the GX pokemon. That's why I place baby Lurantis to support the attack, by building 1~2 baby Lurantis, it support the attack of Lurantis GX to OHKO most of the basic pokemon GX. However, 2 baby Lurantis is enough since building too much baby Lurantis weaken the deck if my opponent KO my Lurantis GX, moreover, they also gains the attack of opponent's Weavile (ULP).
Cherrim is an optional choice to be honest, the main problem players always wanted to solve is always problem of weaknesses, you always facing a auto lose situation when you are facing a opponent that uses a deck that you are weak to. As a player in Hong Kong, we are already playing SM5 cards and the new trail deck of new Solgaleo and Lunala GX, and the appearance of fire type decks seems to be less, so I think putting Cherrim into the deck might not make the deck better.
Also, I tried to reduce the portion of cards with ability while building this deck, you guys have to trust me that you will pay for it if you play to many ability poekomon while facing the new Weavile.
