Strategy:
The strategy is simple and stupid but if it works could be really annoying fro an opponent to play against. Luvdisc for a single energy, is simple you flip a coin if heads your opponent cannot draw a card at the beggining of the next turn. So I invested a lot in making sure we can flip heads. Also a lot of stuff to slow the opponent down. Discard energy, lower hand sizes. Greninja can use his water shuriken ability to knock things out and well the idea is to stall long enough to knock everything out with the ability. Also I know this deck would get smashed by Seismetoad/Garbodor

Also since Dive ball has not been released the description is, Search for one water pokemon and put it into your hand.

Built this deck last night in PTCGO and gave it a try. Took three tries (first two games went nowhere against some pretty quick decks), but I got a solid lock vs. a night march deck and my opponent ended up conceding once I had a couple Greninjas set up to pick off bench pokemon.

A few changes I made:
Sub ultra ball for dive ball - will be nice when that's released though
+1 froakie and Greninja, -2 frogadier (makes it heavily rare candy dependent, but seismitoad would be pretty rough anyways)
+2 Skyla
+1 Victini, because I wanted to see what would happen when I had trick coin AND fliptini in play (never got a chance, cuz trick coin got me heads every time I had them both out)

Pretty fun once set up. The lock with trick coin can be put on really fast, and that plus hammers bought me a lot of time to get Greninja going. Superior energy retrieval worked well, but I'm considering adding the regular energy retrieval to the mix, just to give options.
