Strategy: Roserade GL is to keep things in the active position. Ambipom G is to return KO an opponent's Garchomp C LV.X after they use Dragon Rush. Lucario GL is for Gyrados matchups. Smeargle with Unown Q is for mirror match. Everything else is pretty much self explanitory.

Call Energy helps setup your Pokemon earlier in the game, and you won't ever need 6 Lightning Energy with Aaron's Collection and Dragon Rush. Aaron's is a better card than Rescue, also getting Energy, and can be reused with VS Seeker. Junk Arm helps you continue to use VS Seeker, Poke Turn, Power Spray, etc. again, and the third Pokemon Collector is for consistency.

I don't have 3 Call energy, Junk Arm makes me discard cards that would be useful since this is LuxChomp, I agree with the Pokemon Rescue going out since I put it in just for a placeholder. I will add another Pokemon Collector in place of one of the Pokemon Rescue. I might also take out two Electric energy and the rest of the Pokemon Rescue for a 1-1 Blaziken FB LV.X line and two fire energy.
