Can you level up Luxray GL into Luxray GL Lv.X, then use Set Up with Uxie, then use Bright Look?(It says "(before your attack)")

The only time you may use Bright Look is "when you play Luxray GL LV.X to Level-Up your Active Pokemon". You have to drop it and use Bright Look at that time only.
On a note, Set Up works the same way (you can only use it when you actually play Uxie on to your bench).
