So, If I have two DRE or holon Cast/Mag/Trode on him, does that mean I don't have to move any energies?

no yuo still do becaue they act as what ever energy you need so in that situation they would be thunder so them would be moved

DRE and Holon's Cast/trode/mag all provide lightning energy. Luxray's attack doesn't specifically mention basic energy, it just says "all Lightning energy", so those special energy cards will have to be moved to the bench.
