I want to know if with "plasma" you can attach multy energy to luxray from your discard pile...i figer you cant because multysays "while in play" ....but you tell me...besides if i attach 2 multy energys to the same pokemon do they provide {C}{C}?thanks

no , it has to be attached to count as any energy.
Out of play it's just colorless energy.

And to answer your second question; yes, 2 Multi Energy attached to a pokemon only give Colorless Energy, nothing else.
