Ruling LV. X to BREAK

Would I be able to put Raichu BREAK on top of Raichu LV. X. Since level does not count towards the card's name, and I can only have four of Raichu and Raichu LV. X combined in a deck, it would seem so, but I'd like to get a professionals opinion. Also, If so, can I use Attacks, Abilities, Poke-Powers, and Poke-Bodies, from all three cards (Raichu, Raichu LV. X, and Raichu BREAK), or the two on top, or is it limited to just Attacks and Abilities? Thanks in advance for feedback!

Awesome question!

Yes, you can BREAK Evolve a Pokémon Lv. X since, as you stated above, the "Lv. X" fragment isn't part of the name, so it's a valid procedure.

Since the BREAK Pokémon states it can only copy Attacks, Abilities, Weakness, Resistance and Retreat Cost; you'd lose access to any Poké-Power or Poké-Body the previous stages have.

Thanks, do you have an answer to if I can still use all attacks from the three of the Raichu cards?
