Ruling LVL. X Infernape question

i'm just gonna ask... some thing very easy i think...

is there a faster way to get the "flare up" attack usable two times in a row... im having a bad time with it... i'm not using infercatty... mario gets me hard game... they KO kitty fast... i mean too fast...
 
I've used it many times in a row.
And I'm using Infercatty.

Have 2 Catty and 1 Catty ex on your bench.
Always have 6 cards in your hand. (Not including Fire energies)
Start of your turn draw a card.
Then use Burning Head -> Energy Draw -> Energy Draw -> Constrain

That works well, but you'll have to make your deck empty except for the 8 Fires. This requires a long time though...
As long as your opponent dosen't KO your Cattys, I'm sure you'll be fine. :)
 
yeah.. but my deck burns out too fast... i got deck killed twice... do i need to be good at math to do this right... because i play for fun... but i do enter tourneys... my catty gets killed whenever my opponent gets his 2 lucario out in field... they warp point me too good... T_T... i try mybest to protect the cat but the cat won't land on its feet...
 
Okay thanks i'll try that... but what should i kill it with??? chimchar??? i might get a wild kick with 2 pluspowers or Pluspower Strength charm... any way... its a 50/50 chance should I take it???
 
you can play infernape with blaiziken or thyplosion (the ones that has the pokepower that allows you to put an energy from the discard to 1 of your benched pokemon). drop energies with delcatty, then attache it with pokepower. retreat the infernapes (its free!!!!) the other infernape should be charged by now.
or simply use double raimbow, though you will only do 80 damage.

Dude, it needs 8 energies in the DISCARD not on the Pokemon.
And we're talking about Ape Lv.X...
