Strategy:
The plan is to power up M Aggron as normal with a spirit link and Victini for the extra rolls. Mr. Mime blocks the bench damage from the tails. With the hard charm and shield energy my goal is to reduce damage taken in order to survive bigger attacks, then use shrine of memories to use raging hammer for a definite damage of up to 290 for other MEGAS. Xerosic is used to remove spirit link and energy from pokemon like seismitoad EX, but I'm thinking of changing them to tool retriever. Aegislash EX is mostly there for the fighting decks. Feel free to make suggestions.
