Gallardo is probably my favorite mega! So I wanted to make a deck for it. I really haven't bought any specific cards for it yet so I've just used what I have obtained. I know Hoopa EX could help immensely so I'm really waiting until the next set. So as of now here is what I have;

Pokemon 19:
  • 2 Gallade EX (eventually 3)
  • 2 M Gallade EX (also going to be 3)
  • 4 Zubat
  • 4 Golbat
  • 4 Crobat
  • 1 Gengar EX
  • 1 Absol
  • 1 Wobuffet
Trainers/Supporters/Stadiums 31:
  • 1 Lysandre
  • 2 Shauna
  • 4 Professor Sycamore
  • 2 VS Seeker
  • 3 Acro Bike
  • 2 Ultra Ball
  • 2 Repeat Ball
  • 3 Professor's Letter
  • 2 Switch
  • 2 Gallade Spirit Link
  • 4 Dimension Valley
  • 2 Mega Turbo
  • 2 Super Scoop Up
Energy 10:
  • 8 Psychic Energy
  • 2 Mystery Energy
Strategy:

That's what I have for the time being. If anyone can give feedback or suggestions that would be greatly appreciated. Even if it's for the next set I would like to hear it. Thank you all!!

I too run a M Gallade EX deck. As you know, it is critical that you set your opponent's benched Poké "right" in preparing for M Gallade EX's spread damage. The 'Bats can only target 1 Poké at a time via their Abilities. Have you considered:
  • Forrestress whose Ability allows you to drop a damage counter onto ALL of your opponent's Poké when it comes into play.
  • Gourgeist (XY) whose Eerie Voice attack (for P energy cost) places 2 damage counter on ALL your opponent's Poké.
I find either of these to be more effective than the Bats.

I have thought about forretress but I used the bats for the free attack with the stadium on board. I will still try it though and I will probably try the other pokemon as well. Thanks for the input!

I don't think that Wobbuffet is 100% needed in this deck, and I'd put another Lysandre in its place. Also, once you get those other Gallades, what are you going to be taking out? Are you going to add a 3rd spirit link, too? I think this deck has potential.

Btw, after some additional play-testing, I do like the 'Bats variant quite a bit. I ran a 4-4-3 Crobat line which allowed me to have an "open" Goldbat to receive a Crobat. Secondly, the Wobuffet proved to be quite useful too for hitting for some significant damage when I dropped lots of damage counters onto the Defending Poké, as well as blocking opponents' non-Psychic Abilities.

Other thoughts for your consideration:

-1 Crobat
-2 Professor's Letter (not strongly needed, IMO, given more car-draw support)
-1 Switch (not strongly needed, IMO, given addition of more Mystery energy)

+1 Gallade EX
+1 M Gallade EX

+2 Professor Birch's Observations (more card draw)
- - - or - - -
+1 AZ
+1 Super Scoop Up (for recovering and reusing Poké resources)
- - - or - - -
+2 Mystery energy
