Ruling M Gardevoir EX

When I attack with M Gardevoir EX do Rainbow energy that are attached to my other pokemon count as Fairy energy as well or does the attack only count basic energy.

The attack will get the boost from rainbow energy. Rainbow energy provide all types if energy while in play but only 1 "unit" or energy at a time. So it can be counted for this attack and be counted as grass at the same time if wanted to (or any other type for that matter) but you can't use it to fulfill let's say an attack them at requires 2 energies (unless you had 2 rainbow energies attached of course)
