Hey everyone this is my current list of my Fairy deck and I'm wondering if any of you guys could help me out to make this deck run a little more consistently . The basic strategy is obviously to start with Xerneas and use Geomancy to accelerate Fairy Energy. I run 2 Brilliant Arrow Gardevoir and 2 Despair Ray Gardevoir (For M Mewtwo Matchup).

I plan on getting 1 more Shaymin-EX if that helps

Pokemon: 19
3 Gardevoir-EX GEN RC30
2 M Gardevoir-EX STS 112
2 M Gardevoir-EX PRC 156
4 Xerneas STS 81
1 Xerneas BREAK STS 82
1 Hoopa-EX AOR 36
1 Shaymin-EX ROS 77
1 Hydreigon-EX ROS 62
2 Remoraid BKT 32
1 Octillery BKT 33
1 Mr. Mime GEN 52

Trainers: 28
3 VS Seeker
3 Gardevoir Spirit Links
3 Fairy Garden
2 Sycamore
2 Shauna
2 Max Elixir
2 N
2 Lysandre
2 Fairy Drop
1 Skyla
1 Pokemon Fan Club
1 Switch
1 Ultra Ball
1 Evosoda
1 Super Rod
1 Town Map

Energy: 13
8 Fairy Energy
2 Double Dragon Energy
1 Double Colorless Energy
2 Wonder Energy

Thank you once again! :)

To improve overall deck operations and consistency, I first look at the "core" Pokemon and then the surrounding, supporting cast (i.e., Pokemon). Your core Pokemon consist of the 4-1 Xerneas and the 3-4 Gardevoir EX lines. The deck's supporting Pokemon consist of 1 Hoopa EX, 1 Hydreigon EX, 1 Mr. Mime, 2-1 Octillery line and 1 Shaymin EX. Contributing to your deck's inconsistency, IMO, is the wide mix of supporting Pokemon you try to utilize, a woefully insufficient amount of Pokemon search capability (only 1 Ultra Ball), and a wide mix of energy. In summary, too much "clutter" and not enough "focus," IMO.

Following are some suggested deck changes for your consideration:

-1 Hydreigon EX - not really needed in this deck; plus, Xerneas can be your non-EX Pokemon attacker
-1 Shaymin EX - not really needed when running Octillery; plus, you'll remove a 2-prize target
-1 Mr. Mime - not really needed - not a "high priority" to protect one's bench in the current meta
-2 Fairy Drop - not critical
-2 Max Elixir - not really needed; insufficient amount of Y energy to be really effective; plus, overlaps with Xerneas Geomancy energy-attachment acceleration
-1 Switch - not really needed, Fairy Garden can provide free retreat
-1 Town Map - not "high priority," won't really be needed after you "learn" your deck, and why give your opponent to see your prizes?
-2 DDE - not needed if Hydreigon EX is removed
-1 DCE not enough to make a significant difference

+1 Gardevoir EX - maximizes your chances of getting more main attackers into play
+1 Octillery - greatly increases your chances of getting a 1-1 line into play
+2 Level Ball - to search and get Octillery line into play fast
+1 Ninja Boy - to provide basic Pokemon search and switch capability
+1 Olympia - another "switch" card that can be re-played via VS Seeker and provides some minor healing too
+1 Professor's Letter - to search and get Y energy
+3 Ultra Ball - to search and get needed Pokemon
+1 VS Seeker - count should be maximized to best support overall deck operations

I hope you find these comments helpful.

Firstly I'd like to thank you so much for the help! I'm definitely going to take some of your edits into consideration.

As stated before I will betting a 2nd Shaymin-EX soon. Are there any changes you'd make to this list once I get another Shaymin-EX such as removing the octillery line completely and getting rid of level balls.

I'd suggest keeping the Balls since they will help you setup faster and not run the Shaymin EXs at all.
