Just looking for some insight before regionals this weekend... What is stopping Mega Glalie from performing well. It is not very difficult to set up, as well as the ability to be versatile with its basic. Paralyzing opponents as well as being able to hit for a potential 150 a turn is insane. yanmega showed us that having a certain hand size is relatively easy. So matching our opponents cant be that hard either. With cards like judge and N, a consistant hand size is easy. Everything in the format gets knocked out by mega glalie, however is must take damage first. The deck would utilize silent lab and shrine of memories as stadiums, cards like Pokémon center lady to resist getting knocked out on the 2-shot, and mega turbos to quickly power up a second glalie. My list would look something like this

Pokémon 11
3-3 M Glalie ex
2 shaymin ex- set up
2 Regice
1 giratina- promo

Trainers 31
4 ultraball
4 vs seeker
2 N
1 Lysandre
3 sycamore
2 judge
3 spirit link
2 shirne of memories
1 silent lab
1 rough seas
4 trainers mail
3 mega turbo
1 teammates
2 float stone

Energy 10
6 water
4 DCE

This current list leaves room for 6 cards. Currently the only healing is rough seas, however if I add more supporters such as pokecenter lady, the deck becomes clunky and matching hand size is difficult. I could add max elixirs and more basic water, but then again, drawing hands with lots of energy can hurt the deck. Any thoughts are appreciated.

I am also making a Glalie Deck. I think a good addition would be Manaphy so you can save another deck space from the second float stone. An odd choice I'd recommend is chaos tower, it gets rid of any special conditions on your pokemon and I have found it to be very powerful in any deck I put it in.

I'd add something to recycle your DCEs in case you have a match agains't someone with hammers, something like 1 Special Charge for an example.
