Strategy:

Somewhat threw this together to see how fun it would be.
The strategy is pretty simple get out Mega Manectric and turbo bolt your discarded energy to power up Jolteon. Garbodor is there for the ability lock, I'm not sure if there is another option besides that line, trying to avoid using Wobbuffet at all since it has to be your active.
Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated

Though about using dvalley and mew as a quicker attacker? Also glaceon could work as well in this deck if you include water energy. Allowing you to deal with evolution heavy decks and 3 types to attack with.

I have tried my hardest to make this deck work but i always come up with issues somehow. I see an issue with your hoopa/garbordor because you only run one float stone and the only other means of tools to be used on him would be your links (which would not help your m-manectrics.) Personally, i would not run the hoopa and exchange it with an additional shaymin and to cut one escape rope with one more float stone. I would also suggest dropping one battle compressor because at some points it becomes useless to have if most of your energy are in your discard with the other 2 compressors and the 4 ultra ball. I would consider adding either one more trainers mail or max potion. I also have another issue with your max elixirs because i do not see much synergy between the constant discarding of energies and the max elixirs themselves. Late game, the max elixirs become useless. Essentially, if you do not start off with the max elixirs at the start of the game, they are going to be useless late game because you will discard 3 energies with battle compressor. Tbh, it is a personal choice whether you want to include them into the deck. I feel that you could find more use using puzzle of time instead of the max elixirs but again i have not tested the deck out myself. I plan on testing my own variant soon, and hopefully give more of a better insight to help you out! Hope that helped!
