Deck List
Pokémon - 11
Mewtwo EX, M Mewtwo EX, Spirit Links - Main attacker of the deck. For [P][F][F][C], Vanishing Strike does 150 damage, and when a stadium is in play, it does 50 more damage and it isn't affected by Resistances or any other effects on the defending Pokémon. So, with a stadium in play, it's essentially 200 true damage.
Mewtwo from EVO is used mostly due to Energy Absorption. Also, M Mewtwo has bad synergy with the energy requirement of the Damage Change Mewtwo.
Shaymin EX, Hoopa EX, Sycamore, N, Lysandre, VS Seeker, Ultra Ball, Trainer's Mail - Relatively standard line-up
Smeargle - The deck runs two different kind of energies, having the ability to switch them is good. However, I'm looking into switching this out (I just don't know to what) since I haven't had much opportunities to use it.
Brock's Grit, Super Rod - The deck needs a lot of energy and to get them back as needed
Skyla - A good supporter to get trainers, especially with this deck to get out Mega Turbo, or a needed Switch
Giovanni's Scheme - 200 damage is good, but most Megas or EX with FFB reach 210 or 220. This gives Mewtwo that additional damage.
Pokémon Center Lady - 230 HP is usually just enough to get out of one-turn KOs and healing for 60 messes up the numbers more. This card comes in clutch for a lot of games I've played.
Mega Turbo - Energy acceleration of choice. I've tested this deck with Max Elixer only and a mix of both, the most consisted was when I used only Mega Turbo. Plus, without switching, this is the easiest way to attack Turn 2.
Switch - 3 Retreat Cost for M Mewtwo is huge. And having the Spirit Links prevents Float Stone from being usable. I haven't tried using Escape Rope instead of Switch (or 1 of each), but I'm not sure if it would make much of a difference.
Comments
This deck is hard to set-up, but once set-up, does really well. I've done a lot of tweaks on this deck, but I'm still looking for more improvements, especially on Smeargle and other energy acceleration methods, but I think 3 Mega Turbo is already one of the best options for it. So yeah, any possible suggestions would be highly appreciated

Yes, I know that M Mewtwo Y is a far better choice, but I'm still looking for ways to make this deck work. So if you're going to comment that, please do know that I already have it considered and I know that this will most likely not be a meta deck, ever.
