Standard M Sceptile EX / Dragonite EX

Hello friends here I bring my deck or deck proposal, because I feel that you are missing something, and I tried it and it works fine, but sometimes takes a while to get the strategy. I leave the top of my deck and I hope I can help to improve it thanks in advance.

Trainers/Supporters/Stadiums:

• 1 Energy Retrieval
• 2 Trainers' Mail
• 2 Professor's Letter
• 3 Sceptile Spirit link
• 3 Muscle Band
• 4 Super Scoop Up
• 4 Ultra Ball
• 4 Forest of Giant Plants

• 1 Pokemon Fan Club
• 2 Lysandre
• 2 Professor Birch's Observations
• 2 Shauna
• 4 Professor Sycamore

Energy:

• 4 Ligthing Energy
• 9 Grass Energy

Strategy:

It consists of a fast evolving and Mega Sceptile ex Sceptile to load the plant Energis Mega Sceptile attack. Once this is done ex Dragonite have a ready in hand to lower use their ability to Bust in, and start to hit and so use the other ex dragonite to cash them. Here depend heavily on Super scoop up, to climb dragonite former and reuse their ability to Bust In. Lugia ex and Virizion are pokes that can stick while awaiting a former dragonite to move the energies and if lugia or / and hit hard are Virizion can leverage the attack of M-Sceptile ex to heal and again place them energy.

This deck is really tight so I can't make exact changes but somethings you need are...
VS Seekers. Try to fit at least three.
One less Professor Birch. Having four sycamore and 3 of another draw supporter is fine.
Pokedraw. Shaymin EX ROS or Octillery BKT do a great job at this. They'll boost deck speed by so much. Shaymin is better in most cases but Octillery is much cheaper for if you're on a budget.
Muscle band isn't entirely necessary, in my opinion. You'll be getting two hit KOs on megas (with Dragonite) regardless of whether you have muscle band or not. Most non EXs in the format don't have over 120 hp. Sceptile can't use it either because he should have the Spirit link.

Have you ever considered running Ariados with just Sceptile EX and no Mega? I've found it to be very, very effective. Poison Nest also allows your Sceptile EX to inflict more damage than its Mega too. Sceptile EX also has a cheaper Retreat Cost than its Mega. I do understand the energy attachment acceleration that M Sceptile EX offers; but, given the constrictions of your present list, I question its overall effectiveness.

I'd suggest dropping the M Sceptile EXs and its support althogether which would open up your deck for some critical cards, like VS Seeker. For example:

-1 Dragonite EX - 3 should be sufficient, IMO
-3 M Sceptile EX
-1 Lugia EX - would Seismitoad EX help you more by Item-locking your opponent while you setup?
-3 Sceptile Spirit Link
-2 Super Scoop Up - only has 50% of succes, if you are not Item-locked

+2 Spinarak
+2 Ariados
+1 Seismitoad
+1 AZ - 100% of success
+4 VS Seeker​
