As question. Will M Sceptile EX Jagged Saber trigger Malamar EX Hyper Hypnosis ability when attach energy from hand to Malamar EX?

You meet the condition for Hyper Hypnosis per the text of Jagged Saber, almost word-for-word. Hyper Hypnosis triggers whenever you attach from your hand, even if it's not your free "attach for turn."
