So when I use Iron crusher and discard aether paradise, will I do 120 or 90 to a defending Tapu Koko GX

90 damage, assuming there are no other modifiers to the damage. Damage is always calculated before other attack effects unless the attack text states otherwise. Aether Paradise Conservation Area is still in play when the damage is applied, so a defending Grass or Lightning Pokémon would take 30 less damage.
