If my opponent has a Machamp Lv.X on their bench and I deal damage to it with my Kingdra's attack, is that damage done to Machamp also increased by 60?

It says if Machamp is their Active Pokemon. Therefore you wouldn't deal extra damage.

And it can also go the other way. If both players have a Machamp LV. X active, damage is increased by 120. But yeah, DOX is right. Machamp LV. X has to be active, like it says on the card, in order to have damage dealt by it or done to it increased by 60.

This is irrelevant to the thread. Nowhere was it asked if both people have Machamp LV.X Active, do their Poke-Bodies stacked. Removing that part of your post leaves you with the answer to the original question (which DoX already gave correctly). Since a correct answer has already been given and no one has asked about Machamp LV.X vs Machamp LV.X, your post is spam.
