well you can go to a local hobby store and play in a leage for fun and or play in tournements when they come around
 
Uhh... It shouldnt be to hard to find, EA doesnt hide Game Modes
On the main menu screen, select "Game Modes"
one of the Game Modes is FRANCHISE - Franchise is the closest thing to the Season mode, which I believe they took out in Madden '04.
