Will Magearna's Mystic Heart ability prevent energy removal attacks such as Poliwrath EVO or Jirach? In addition, if it does stop the removal, would it prevent the immunity Jirachi gains?
Yes to both counts. The key phrase in Stardust's effect is, "if you do." If you discard Energy, you get immunity. You did not discard Energy, so no immunity for you.
