Does Magearna EX prevent the below:

Regice Resistance Blizzard- can you still attack the next turn with an ex pokemon?

Alakazam EX Suppresion- does it prevent the dmg counters?

Giratina Chaos Wheel- Can you still play special energy, tools, and stadiums?

Lastly if you have an active Mewtwo EX and you try to damage swap is your own Magearna supposed to prevent you from swapping the damage? At least online it's letting you do the dmg, but if the opposing pokemon is at full health and you have 8 damage counters. All it's doing is bringing them up to 8 damage counters and also leaving you at 8. Is that correct?
 
Magearna-EX blocks all effects of opponent's attacks done to your Pokemon, so:

Regice: No. Resistance Blizzard's effect resides on Regice, not your Pokemon.

Alakazam-EX: Yes, Suppression would be blocked; the placing of damage counters is an effect done to your Pokemon.

Giratina-EX: No. Chaos Wheel's effect is on you, not your Pokemon.

Mewtwo-EX: Magearna prevents effects of your opponent's attacks. If you have Magearna on your side, Damage Change will work as intended.

Going back to Regice and Giratina:

Prevent all effects of your opponent's attacks, except damage, done to each of your Pokémon that has any Energy attached to it. (Existing effects are not removed.)

This is not just saying prevent all effects of your opponent's attacks except for damage done to each of your pokemon?

This may be off subject but are there any other ways to prevent effects currently outside of pokemon ranger?
