Too old for this.

I will continue to edit privately and share my edits in conference with my experienced friend and with real life opponents upon enquiry. I appreciate the feedback, but I feel that this deck is my sole responsibility and project and that I should conduct further modifications without influences from the public. The staff are invited to delete this thread at their leisure, but I would appreciate not to be punished for my decision in removing my decklist from this page.

I gave you lots of fixes and advice, and you didn't even give a look to them. I spent lots of time for you, and nothing.
Good luck.

P.S.: and if you think I'm a stupid because my English isn't as good as yours, it's because I'm not American...

pachirisu isnt worth it in a stage 2 deck, it only relly helps out zekrom since hes a basic. magnezone isnt rlly a speed deck(stage 3...), but u should pair him up with emboar for better results. also magnezone isnt the best main attacker since it burns too many unretrivable energys, so he should only be used as a tech/back up attacker to kill sumthing big.

I did not mean to insult you, Balboa. I read each person’s contributions to my decklist and considered each of them. Here is how I eventually considered yours.

How I cam to agree with you.
1. 4 Seeker was too much
2. Engineer and Sage did not work out.
3. Pokegear was not as helpful as expected.
4. Collector is important.

How I disagree with you.
1. You, like so many others, seem to have this idea that people who want advice want an entirely different decklist than what is posted.
2. Oak tends to shuffle valuable cards into the deck and you aren‘t guaranteed a better hand.
3. Reversal requires a coin flip, I don’t like coin flips, but am trying out dual ball since it allows 2 flips.
4. This deck has too few pokemon to make Communication effective, I actually tried it a few times with the same result.
5. Junk Arm is usually a dead card early game.
6. 4 Magnezone is not useless for a deck that utilizes only Magnezone as an attacker.
7. 4 Pachirisu is necessary for this deck as it contains only 8 basics.
8. I hate cleffa and while I have heard the saying, “Don’t knock it until you try it”, I have tried it and I still hate it.
9. I have tried Zekrom and Shaymin in this deck, they interfere with its strategy.

My opinion of you has nothing to do with your communication skills.

Jaykam, while this list is pending changes, I have come to realize that Pachirisu is Magnezone’s best partner.

Magnezone is a stage 2. That is obvious.
Setting up a stage 2 can be slow, which is also obvious.
Having a second stage 2 pokemon in a deck that requires both to be effective makes a potentially slow deck slower.

I was also worried for a time about how best to compliment Magnezone with another attacker because of the energy loss. I came to the conclusion that there isn’t a good attacker for Magnezone and that I should just use a large quantity of energy to feed Magnezone.

-1 Collector - With dual balls 4 isnt needed
-2 Dual Balls - You have 3 collectors
-2 Questions - You have 23 Energy.

+2 Zekrom - Good hard hitter
+3 Tyrogue - free prizes against babies :D

Ooook, is all right :D
Obviously everyone has his or her personally opinions, and I believe what you think may work, though it's different from what I think.
Bye ;)

so ur attackers (b4 magnezone is up) are going to be pachirisus and magnemites? they arnt going to do anything, they will die, you will be out valueble pachirisus and magnemites not to mention losing the prize race. have you tested this deck out?

how do you plan on countering donchamp?

I have tested this deck out and it works wonderfully. Getting my magnemites out ASAP is the first priority, evolving them to Magnezone is also first priority.

I took out the questions and put in a 3rd Circulator and a 3rd Seeker, they help against babies and taking an early win by clearing my opponent's bench.

Made some changes.

-1 Collector, -1 Dual Ball, and -1 Lightning Energy.
+1 Hootthoot, +1 Noctowl, and +1 Flowershop Lady.

I added Noctowl for mid to late game energy draws and Flowershop Lady to recycle KO'd pokemon and to make the most out of my trainer and supporter line, which was designed for an early game set up, but becomes clutter late game.

Ugh, 4 Elms are an enormity! Try taking out 2 of them instead of the Collector and the Dual Ball...

Made more changes.

-1 Elm, -1 Rare Candy

+ 1 Oak (It's my reset button for bad or dead hands), +1 Lightning Energy (23 really seems to be the magic number for energy in this deck).

Balboa, I took out a collector and a dual ball because 6 cards for grabbing basics seems like enough for right now. I need several Elms to help in bringing out Magnezone as quickly and often as possible.
