Please help me improve my deck for Nationals, and please argue to why you think the changes you suggest should be made.

Magnezone prime/stormfront 4-4-2/2
Spiritomb 4
Uxie 1
Unown Q 1
Regirock 1
Azelf 1

Pokemon Collector 4
Broken Time-Space 2
Bebe's Search 2
Rare Candy 2
Seeker 2
Sunyshore City Gym 1
Engineer's Adjustment 3
Poke Blower + 4
Palmer's Contribution 1

{L} 7
{F} 7
Warp Energy 3
Rescue Energy 2

Get as many Magnezone up as fast as possible with a Regirock.
Use Engineer's and Regirock to get {F} and {L} in discard, and use Magnezone stormfront and Regirock to get the energy back in play to deal 150 dmg each turn with Magnezone Prime. Heal with Warp+Seeker. Eventualy use the Blowers to pull out you opponents strong Pokemon and destroy their setup.

No response. Does that meens that this will do, or do anyone have any comments?

Sorry man, alot of us are burnt out and/or working on our own decks for HGSS-on (which if you live in USA nationals will be played in HGSS-on)
But I have never personally played this deck so I sadly cannot offer input sorry bro.

-4 pokeblowers not that good unless you also have junk arm
+1 uxie more drawpower
+1 uxie x..Same as above
+2 twins to help search when your spiritomb is ko'd

Pokemon (23):

4-3/1-3/1 Magnezone Prime (I use Magnet Magnemite, 3 SF Thunder Wave Magneton, 1 SF Magnetic Resonance Magneton, 3 Magnenoze Prime, and 1 SF with Super Conductivity.)
3 Sableye SF
3 Spiritomb AR
2 Regirock LA
1 Unown Q
1 Skuntank G
1 Azelf

I/S/S (20):

3 Collector
3 Engineer
3 Bebe
2 BTS
2 Sunyshore
2 Judge
2 Expert Belt
1 Lux Ball
1 Palmer
1 Pokemon Communication

NRG (17):

7 Fighting
7 Lightning
2 Warp
1 Rescue

You're missing tons of matchup-specific techs. Skuntank pwns Vilegar, Ebelt for SP, and no Uxie if you run 3 Primezone.

If you don't like Sableye, run 4 Spiritomb and 2 Zekrom instead. Or even run no Zekrom and a fourth Engineer and a fourth Collector, or just two free spaces.

mlouden:
This deck doesn't really needs more drawpower since you have magnetic draw and I think that two Twins is an overkill.

Tyraniking:
Thanks for the feedback :) Good idea with Skuntank.
Can't use Zekrom since it's MD-CoL, and I think spiritombs does a much better job in this deck than Sableye. How is ebelt especialy good against SP?

Instead of the 3 Energies needed to take down the magical 110 HP of SP, expert belt allows you to use two ;)

@Swimwar: deepcr0w is right, and they usually will snipe around Magnezone, and conserving your energy is important because Regirock will get sniped.

I think you should take out all 4 Poke Blower + as they are not really needed in Magnerock for a Skuntank G (as stated above), another regirock for more energy and better draw, and 2 judges for even more drawpower and adds disruption.
