Lol they should have made magnezones ability "metal dance"... An homage to the first Blastoise card. " rain dance" did the same exact thing for water energy

So this is obviously personal preference, but I think 3 lele is overkill not just in this deck, but in most decks. Also, 10 energy feels really light with so many high cost pokemon to feed.
There also seems to be room for at least some max elixer.

So, I would do this:
Lele -2
Max elixer +3
Fisherman -2
Energy +1

Fairly tight list but with coronet, you shouldn' need fishermen and if you fisherman, then you would give up a valuable draw supporter for the turn or a clutch acerola

Just a thought

I would have to agree with a previous comment, 3 Lele's is a bit overkill, I would 2 Metal Energies and a Brigette.
So...
-1 Lele
-1 Ultra Ball
-1 Mt. Coronet
+2 Metal Energies
+1 Brigette
That's just my thoughts though, good luck! :)

-3 Magnetic Search Magnemite
+3 Hard Unit Magnemite

Buzzwole is too rampant not to run these. I like the idea of Magnetic Search here, but between Buzzwole and the fact that Professor's Letter is a thing, it seems like an inferior choice.

-2 Beast Ball
+2 Professor's Letter

Beast Ball is way too situational. Professor's Letter will help with consistency much more.

-1 Steel Frying Pan
+1 Pal Pad

If you only run 1 Steel Frying Pan, it will just get Field Blowered. And Pal Pad is really great to have for the late game.

-1 Fisherman
-1 Magneton
+1 Rare Candy
+1 Skyla

You really want T2 Magnezone, and with Pal Pad 1 Fisherman is fine.

-2 Acerola
+2 Brigette

You really need Brigette here. Acerola seemed like the most unnecessary thing, so therefore it gets the boot.

I personally don't agree with cutting the Lele count. You need T1 Brigette too much, and you just generally need 3 so you can consistently get a draw supporter, which is really crucial without any backup draw Pokémon.

3 Lele is not overkill for sooo many reasons. First of all, it can be a viable secondary attacker with Magnezone in play. Second, if you Fisherman, you probably have a draw supporter or Lele waiting for you next turn. Definitely drop Beast Ball for 2 Brigette. If Glaceon shuts you down T1, or if you just don't draw well, you need Brigette, which you should be playing anyway because this deck very heavily relies on a stage 2 Pokemon, and Beast Ball is booboo garbage because Brigette gets your Dusk Mane AND Magnemitez into play, which Beast Ball only gets a Dusk Mane if it's prized, and even then, there's more in the deck.
