correct me if i am wrong but if one had DRE attached to a benched pokemon magneton's magnetic force attack would still do 20 more damage, yes? i mean, the -10 damage associated with DRE would only affect the pokemon it was attached to. to my mind this would make 4 DREs pretty much mandatory in any deck running magneton pk, to say nothing of scramble energy....
