Ruling Magnezone EX and Muscle Band / Iris Trainer

Can a card like Magnezone EX benefit from damage modifying cards like muscle band or trainer cards like iris for his second attack, Dual Bullet?

In this case, if you were to select your opponents active Pokemon as one of the targets, dual bullet would get the boost from either and/or both of these attack boosters. Any benched Pokémon selected would not receive additional damage
