Ruling Magnezone +HRT +delta pokemon

please correct me if i am mistake but wouldn't this combination mean that any delta pokemon with a basic energy attached to it would now have a zero retreat cost?

and along similar lines, if you played magnezone with ampharos df (and had HRT in play of course) wouldn't any basic energy attached to magnezone add ten damage to his metal blast attack?

non sequiter: playing HRT with basic dark metal creates a very odd kind of dark/metal energy. there might be an angle to exploit in there.

I don't know you your saying Dark Metal Energy is a basic, but...whatever.

So basically only the Basic Energies count for that. Any Metal or Dark with Text will be ruled out.
 
i mean there might be an angle there to exploit with certain pokemon which are both dark and metal type like cradily hp or mightyena ds. you could switch attacks by switching stadiums rather than adding energy. probably won't amount to much.
