Making my first deck; what to get?

Okay, I wanted to get a good deck; I know it wouldnt be cheap. I went to two prereleases; got some good cards - and traded them for staples.

I want to run a gengar spread deck (Gengar, Nidoqueen, rescue energy, Lv. X, etc) But all I have are these cards:

1x Judge
1x Flower Shop Lady
1x Twins
3x Nidoran F (Tr)
4x Communication
2x Haunter (Tr)
1x Seeker
2x Warp Point
2x Lookers Investigation
4x Pokedex Handy910is
2x Cynthias Feelings
1x Pokemon Collector
1x PONT
1x Luxury Ball
4x Bebe's
(array of terrible TR gastly)
and yeah. Those are all of my nidoqueen/gengar/trainer related cards.

Can someone suggest what decklist I should use based mainly around that trainer list, and what I should buy? I know I have to buy at least:

4 Gastly SF
2 Gengar SF
1 Gengar TR
1 Gengar Lv. X AR
Several Nidoqueen RR
Nidorina RR
More collectors
BTS
Rare Candy...

But can someone provide a decklist I can make for my FIRST deck and then improve upon?

As an example of what a response might be would be as below; a decklist based around what I have that I may be able to improve apon.

4-4-3-1 (2 SF, 1 Triumphant, 1 Lv X (AR)) Gengar

You should buy some DCE and rescue energy; the gengars; the nidoqueens and uxie/azelf. The subpar trainers you have can be supported by some BTS and Rare Candies and additional collectors.
