Does Manaphy's seafaring attack work with cards like Prism Energy or Rainbow Energy in the discard pile?
I fear it does not, as both those Special Energies need to be 'in play' if I remember correctly; but it would be of great help for a fun deck I am currently building. You can find all scans down below.
